INTRODUCTION
pumt123 is operated by Michael Harrak (ABN 43 945 478 809), with its registered office at 72 Brady Road, Bentleigh East, Victoria 3165, Australia. pumt123 operates under Licence No. BIO700013 and is regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the pumt123 platform and all wagering services offered through it. By registering an account or using pumt123 services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any market-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.
02
DEFINITIONS
Account means your registered pumt123 wagering account. Platform means the pumt123 website and associated services. Wager means a bet placed on a sporting or racing event through pumt123. Approved Payment Method means a payment method accepted by pumt123 for deposits and withdrawals that is held in your own name. Official Result means the result of an event as declared by the relevant governing body, racing authority or other result source identified by pumt123 for that market. Obvious Error means an error in odds, market information or settlement that is clearly and objectively inconsistent with the general market for that event at the time the wager was placed. Promotion means any bonus bet, reward, offer or other promotional benefit made available by pumt123.
03
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be located in Australia. You must not be self-excluded through BetStop or any other exclusion program. You must provide accurate personal information. pumt123 reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any time.
04
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may hold only one account. pumt123 does not permit duplicate accounts. If pumt123 identifies that a person holds or controls more than one account, pumt123 may close the additional accounts, treat any wagers placed through them in accordance with these Terms and return any remaining verified balance where permitted by law.
An account must be registered in your own name and for your own use. You must not register an account on behalf of another person, allow another person to use your account, or use an account registered to another person. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned.
You must provide complete and accurate personal details at registration and must keep those details current for as long as you hold an account. You can update your contact details through your account settings; changes to your legal name, date of birth or residential address may require supporting documents and must be submitted to support@pumt123.bet.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms. pumt123 may suspend or close an account opened with false information, withhold transactions pending investigation and report the matter where required by law. pumt123 may request additional verification of any account holder at any time and may refuse registration where its regulatory or risk requirements are not met.
05
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
pumt123 is required to verify your identity under applicable legislation, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) obligations, before you can withdraw funds and at other times where required. You must provide valid identification documents when requested.
In addition to identity documents, pumt123 may request further information where it is reasonably required to meet its regulatory obligations, including:
- proof of residential address;
- evidence that a payment method is held in your name;
- information about the source of funds or source of wealth used for wagering, where required;
- clarification of transaction activity on your account;
- any other information reasonably necessary to complete a know-your-customer (KYC) or AML/CTF review.
Verification is completed as soon as reasonably practicable once all requested information has been received. pumt123 does not guarantee a specific verification timeframe. While a verification or compliance review is in progress, pumt123 may restrict deposits, wagering or withdrawals on the account.
If you do not provide the requested documents or information, or if the information provided cannot be verified, pumt123 may restrict or suspend your account, decline withdrawals until verification is complete and, where the matter cannot be resolved, close the account in accordance with clause 16.
06
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify pumt123 immediately of any unauthorised access. pumt123 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to protect your credentials.
07
DEPOSITS
Deposits must be made using approved payment methods. Debit cards only — credit cards are not accepted. pumt123 may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts. Deposit limits can be set through your account settings.
You must only use a payment method that you are legally authorised to use. Every payment method used to deposit must be held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted: deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person, a business or a shared account may be returned to the source, and the account may be restricted until the ownership of the payment method has been verified.
pumt123 may reject a deposit where the payment is declined by the issuer, where the payment method cannot be verified, or where the deposit would exceed a limit applied to your account. A deposit that is later reversed, disputed or charged back may be deducted from your account balance, and pumt123 may suspend the account while the transaction is reviewed.
If funds are credited to your account in error, including duplicate deposits or an incorrect amount, pumt123 may correct the balance and recover any amount that has been wagered or withdrawn from the erroneous credit. pumt123 does not charge deposit fees; your payment provider may apply its own charges.
08
WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for deposits where possible. pumt123 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Processing times may vary depending on payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
Withdrawals are paid only to a payment method held in your name. Withdrawals to third parties are not available. Where the original deposit method cannot receive a withdrawal, pumt123 will ask you to nominate an alternative approved method in your own name and may request evidence of ownership.
A withdrawal request may be delayed, declined or reversed to your account where:
- identity or payment method verification is incomplete;
- the request relates to funds that are the subject of a pending deposit reversal or chargeback;
- the account is under a responsible gambling, AML/CTF or fraud review;
- the amount requested exceeds the withdrawable balance;
- the destination account details provided are incorrect.
Where a withdrawal is returned because of incorrect details or is subject to a review, the funds remain in your account until the matter is resolved. pumt123 does not charge withdrawal fees; your payment provider may apply its own charges. pumt123 may withhold a withdrawal, in whole or in part, where it is required to do so by law or by a direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
09
WAGERING RULES
All wagers are subject to these Terms and to the market-specific rules published with each market. pumt123 offers pre-match wagering on sports and racing markets. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits may apply to a market, an event or an account, and will be shown in the bet slip before you confirm a wager.
Acceptance of a wager. A wager is submitted when you confirm it in the bet slip. A wager is accepted, and a contract formed, only when pumt123 has recorded the wager against your account and it appears in your bet history with an accepted status. Until that point pumt123 may decline the wager, in whole or in part, without giving reasons. Wagers cannot be cancelled or changed by you once accepted.
pumt123 may reject a wager where:
- the stake exceeds an applicable limit or the available account balance;
- the odds or market have changed or been suspended before the wager was recorded;
- the event has already started or the result is already known, unless the product expressly allows it;
- the account is restricted, suspended or under review;
- acceptance would breach these Terms or applicable law.
Erroneously accepted wagers. A wager that is accepted after the start of an event where the product does not allow it, after the result is known, in excess of an applicable limit, or as a result of a technical failure of the platform, is not validly accepted and will be voided and the stake returned, in accordance with clause 10 and applicable rules.
Cancelled, postponed and abandoned events. If an event is cancelled, or is postponed and not completed within the period specified in the market-specific rules (or, where none is specified, within 48 hours of the scheduled start time), wagers on that event are void and stakes are returned. If an event is abandoned after it has started, wagers on markets whose outcome was already unconditionally determined at the time of abandonment stand; all other wagers on that event are void.
Changes of venue, date or time. Where an event is moved to a different venue, wagers stand unless the market-specific rules provide otherwise, except that in sports where home advantage is relevant, a change from the listed home venue to the away team's venue voids the wager. A change of the scheduled start time within the same day does not void a wager.
Dead heats. Where two or more selections tie for a position, the stake is divided by the number of tied selections and the divided stake is paid at the full odds; the remaining stake is lost.
Duplicate wagers. Where identical wagers are submitted from an account within a short period as a result of a technical error, pumt123 may void the duplicate wagers and return the stakes. Repeated identical wagers placed intentionally to circumvent a bet or payout limit may be treated as a single wager up to the applicable limit.
Incorrect odds and market information are dealt with under clause 10. Where result sources conflict, the order of priority in clause 11 applies. Where a situation is not covered by these Terms or the market-specific rules, pumt123 will settle wagers consistently with the general wagering rules applied by the relevant Australian sports controlling body or racing authority.
10
ERRORS AND MALFUNCTIONS
pumt123 takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, market information and settlements are correct. Despite this, errors can occur. This clause sets out the only circumstances in which pumt123 will void, correct or re-settle a wager because of an error. pumt123 does not otherwise void wagers at its discretion.
An Obvious Error exists where, at the time the wager was placed:
- the odds offered were materially different from the odds generally available in the Australian market for the same selection (for example, odds entered as 15.00 instead of 1.50);
- the odds or market did not reflect a change already known to the market, such as a scratching, a withdrawal or a confirmed team change;
- the market information displayed was incorrect, including the wrong participants, handicap, line, total or event date;
- the market was displayed as open when it should have been suspended or closed under the market-specific rules.
Where an Obvious Error is identified, pumt123 may void the affected wager and return the stake or, where the correct odds can be objectively determined and you agree, re-settle the wager at the correct odds. pumt123 will notify you through your account when a wager is voided or re-settled under this clause and will explain the basis for the decision on request.
Settlement errors. Where a wager has been settled incorrectly, including on the wrong result, at the wrong odds or as a result of a display or data error, pumt123 will correct the settlement in accordance with clause 11. Where a correction reduces your balance below zero because funds from the incorrect settlement have already been wagered or withdrawn, pumt123 may recover the shortfall from future deposits or winnings and may restrict the account until the balance is restored.
Duplicate transactions and system malfunction. Where a deposit, withdrawal or wager is duplicated or recorded incorrectly as a result of a platform malfunction, pumt123 will reverse the duplicate transaction so that the account reflects the transactions you actually intended. Where a malfunction prevents a wager from being recorded, the wager is not accepted and no liability arises.
Wagers accepted after an event has started, where the product does not permit it, are void as set out in clause 09. If you become aware of an error on the platform, you must not attempt to take advantage of it and should report it to support@pumt123.bet. Deliberate exploitation of errors is Prohibited Conduct under clause 14.
11
SETTLEMENT
Wagers are settled on the Official Result of the relevant event. For racing, the Official Result is the result declared by the relevant Australian racing authority or, for overseas racing, the host racing authority, at the time the correct weight or all-clear is signalled. For sports, the Official Result is the result declared by the governing body of the competition at the conclusion of the event, including any overtime or extra time unless the market-specific rules state otherwise.
Where result sources conflict, pumt123 relies on them in the following order: the official result published by the relevant governing body or racing authority; the result published by the official data provider for that competition; and, where neither is available, results independently confirmed by at least two reputable public sources.
Subsequent corrections. Settlement is based on the Official Result at the time it is declared. Later changes to a result following a protest, appeal, disqualification, drug test or other enquiry after the Official Result has been declared do not affect settlement, except as expressly provided in the market-specific rules. Where a racing authority amends a result before the correct weight or all-clear is signalled, wagers are settled on the amended result.
Abandoned and postponed events and dead heats are settled as described in clause 09. Where a selection is scratched, withdrawn or does not take part in the event, wagers on that selection are void and the stake is returned; deductions may apply to remaining selections in accordance with the market-specific rules and the applicable racing rules.
Correction of settlement errors. Where pumt123 identifies, or you notify pumt123 of, an error in the settlement of a wager, pumt123 will review the settlement against the Official Result and correct it. Amounts credited in error are recoverable and amounts owed to you are credited to your account. pumt123 will notify you through your account of any correction. Subject to this clause and clause 10, settlement is final.
12
PROMOTIONS AND BONUS POLICY
pumt123 does not guarantee that any customer will be offered promotions, bonus bets, rewards or other promotional benefits. Where a promotion is made available, it will be subject to separate promotion-specific terms and conditions and all applicable Victorian laws, regulations and wagering advertising requirements.
Eligibility requirements, validity periods, wagering conditions, withdrawal restrictions and any other conditions applicable to a promotion will be clearly disclosed before participation.
pumt123 may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where permitted by law and in accordance with the applicable promotional terms. Nothing in these Terms creates an entitlement to receive a promotion or bonus.
Promotions are offered only where, and to the extent that, they are permitted under Victorian law and the conditions of pumt123's licence. Promotions will not be offered as an inducement to open an account or to gamble more frequently, and will not be made available to any person who has self-excluded, has a break in place, or has opted out of marketing communications.
13

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must use the platform lawfully, honestly and only for your own personal, non-commercial wagering. You must not, and must not attempt to:
- engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing or any other unlawful activity through the platform;
- use an account registered to another person, or allow another person to use your account;
- provide false, misleading or incomplete information, or use forged or altered documents;
- deposit or withdraw using a payment method that you are not legally authorised to use or that is not held in your name;
- manipulate, or attempt to influence, the outcome of any event on which pumt123 offers markets, or wager on an event in which you are a participant, official or otherwise have inside information;
- collude with other customers, act as part of a syndicate, or place wagers on behalf of others in order to circumvent limits or these Terms;
- deliberately exploit an Obvious Error, a platform malfunction or any other error described in clause 10;
- use software, bots, scripts, automated tools or data scraping to access the platform, place wagers or extract odds or content;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any limit, restriction, suspension, exclusion or verification requirement applied to you or to any other account;
- interfere with the security or operation of the platform, or access it from outside Australia or in breach of applicable law.
Where pumt123 reasonably suspects that Prohibited Conduct has occurred, it may:
- suspend the account and restrict deposits, wagering or withdrawals while the matter is investigated;
- request information and documents from you in connection with the investigation;
- void wagers connected with the Prohibited Conduct, where permitted under applicable rules and law;
- withhold deposits, winnings or withdrawals pending the outcome of the investigation and, where required, a direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
- close the account and return any remaining verified balance that is not connected with the Prohibited Conduct, where permitted by law.
pumt123 may report Prohibited Conduct to the VGCCC, AUSTRAC, sports controlling bodies, racing authorities, payment providers and law enforcement agencies where required or permitted by law. pumt123 will inform you of the outcome of an investigation unless it is prevented from doing so by law.
15
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
pumt123 reserves the right to restrict or limit account activity. Restrictions may apply to deposits, withdrawals, wagering or account features. pumt123 may restrict accounts for regulatory compliance, risk management or operational reasons. Where a restriction is applied to your account other than for a reason described in clause 14, pumt123 will notify you through your account and explain the nature of the restriction on request.
16
SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE
Closure by you. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@pumt123.bet. Before closure, pumt123 will settle any pending wagers and return your remaining verified balance to a payment method held in your name. If you close your account for gambling-related reasons, pumt123 will treat the request as a self-exclusion and apply the applicable responsible gambling procedures; reopening the account will not be available during the exclusion period. Unsettled wagers at the time of a voluntary closure stand and are settled in the ordinary way, with any winnings paid to you.
Suspension by pumt123. pumt123 may temporarily suspend an account where verification is outstanding, a compliance, fraud or responsible gambling review is in progress, a deposit has been reversed or disputed, or a suspension is required by law or by a regulatory direction. During a suspension you cannot deposit, wager or withdraw. pumt123 will notify you of the suspension and, where permitted, the information required to lift it. Wagers placed before a suspension remain valid and are settled in the ordinary way.
Closure for breach or fraud. pumt123 may close an account where you have breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, or where closure is required to comply with regulatory requirements or a responsible gambling obligation. Wagers connected with the breach may be voided where permitted under applicable rules and law; all other unsettled wagers stand and are settled in the ordinary way.
Account balance on closure. On closure of an account for any reason, the remaining verified balance is returned to a payment method held in your name once identity verification is complete and any pending reviews have concluded. pumt123 may deduct from the balance any amount owed to it under these Terms, including amounts credited in error, and may withhold funds that are the subject of a chargeback, a fraud investigation or a direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where a balance cannot be returned because you cannot be contacted or a payment method cannot be verified, pumt123 will hold the balance in accordance with the applicable unclaimed money legislation.
17
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
Responsibilities of pumt123. pumt123 will provide the platform and wagering services with due care and skill, settle wagers in accordance with these Terms, hold and pay out customer funds in accordance with its licence conditions, protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and comply with the responsible gambling and regulatory requirements that apply to it in Victoria.
Responsibilities of the customer. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy and currency of the personal information you provide;
- the security of your login credentials and any device used to access your account, and for all activity conducted through your account until you notify pumt123 of unauthorised access;
- ensuring that your use of the account and the platform is lawful in your location and complies with these Terms;
- using only approved payment methods held in your name;
- reviewing the details of a wager, including the selection, odds and stake, before confirming it;
- any tax or reporting obligations that may arise from your wagering activity.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, pumt123 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, interruptions or technical issues, delays or failures of payment providers or telecommunications networks, events beyond its reasonable control, errors caused by the incorrect information you provided, or your own error in placing a wager. pumt123 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or opportunity. Where pumt123 is liable, its liability in respect of a wager is limited to the stake or the winnings properly payable on that wager, and, in respect of the services generally, to the resupply of the services.
Non-excludable rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of either party for fraud, or the liability of pumt123 for a failure to comply with its licence conditions or with a direction of the VGCCC.
18
PRIVACY
Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the pumt123 Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.
19
COMPLAINTS
How to lodge a complaint. Complaints may be lodged by email to support@pumt123.bet, through the Contact Us form, or through live chat in your account. Please include your account username or registered email address, the date of the matter, the wager or transaction reference where relevant, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Providing this information allows pumt123 to investigate the complaint without delay.
How pumt123 handles complaints. pumt123 will acknowledge your complaint, record it in its complaints register and investigate it in accordance with its licence conditions and the requirements of the VGCCC. Outcome. pumt123 will communicate its decision to you in writing to your registered email address, including the reasons for the decision and any action taken. Where a complaint concerns the settlement of a wager, the outcome will be explained by reference to the Official Result and the applicable rules.
Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, or your complaint has not been resolved within a reasonable period, you may escalate it to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) at vgccc.vic.gov.au. Complaints about the handling of personal information may be made under the Privacy Policy and, if unresolved, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
20
AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
pumt123 may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its services, the law, its licence conditions or regulatory guidance. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page together with its Effective Date and Last Updated date shown at the top of the page.
Effective date of changes. An amendment takes effect on the Effective Date stated for the amended version. Amendments that are required by law or by a regulatory direction, or that correct an error or clarify the Terms without changing their substance, may take effect immediately on publication.
Notice of material changes. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, including changes to wagering rules, payment rules, fees, or the way in which your account or funds are handled, pumt123 will give you reasonable advance notice, ordinarily by email to your registered email address or by a notice in your account, before the amendment takes effect.
Wagers placed before an amendment takes effect are governed by the Terms in force at the time the wager was accepted. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account under clause 16 before it takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
21
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. pumt123 is regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) under Licence No. BIO700013. Operator: Michael Harrak, ABN 43 945 478 809. Registered Office: 72 Brady Road, Bentleigh East, Victoria 3165, Australia.
22
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the market-specific rules and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pumt123 in relation to the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. A failure by pumt123 to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; pumt123 may assign its rights and obligations to a successor licensee with the approval of the VGCCC.
